Today is the twins birthdate. They were born in '38 so they would be 35 today. The new babies are doing great. Little Kirk has been so ill he had to go into the hospital. He was there about 5 days with croup, so bad they almost did a track on his throat.



A week ago tomorrow - Friday Feb 2, Les and I went to town to pay bills. We payed one off. The one for our Amana Comb. & our stereo set. I'm glad they are payed for. We know Les will retire in about 18 months, and want to be prepared for retirement. We know we will not have as much money then. Well before we could get home, we contracted a much larger debt. We bought a new 1973 L.T.D.! It's surely a beautiful copper and white car. This makes about the sixth time we've bought one. There are many reasons for buying our car now instead of when Les retires. For one good one _ I'll have a dependable car to drive.



Norm called me the other day and said he was at the archives, getting genealogy records of Neils family. I hope this will keep his interest and he can accomplish a lot.
