One month ago tonight Elvin bid the Old World goodbye, and entered the door to the immortal world. I hope he is happy and that he has been in the company of our departed loved ones. Especially Mom and Dad. I can only imagine their joy of reunion.

Yesterday was a banner day! After weeks of waiting things began to hop. First off, the men came to lay our carpet in the new bedroom. After two weeks of keeping the room empty it was a relief to put things in place. The carpet is so lovely. It even covers he hall and the clothes closet. While they were here doing that - the Jenn air grill was delivered. An hour or so later, the new kitchen cabinets arrived. It was a thrill to get them and I wish I could snap my fingers and they would all be in place. There is so much to be done. And we aren’t as young as we used to be.

Norm dropped in yesterday morning, and then he and Marie and Crissy came by again this morning. Norm is going to fix up the television with an Ariel & outlets. Sure be nice when this is done. Claire, Susy and I are going to a building fund, mother and daughter luncheon today at 1:pm. it’s at the Stake house, and for our new ward, the Union 4th.
